REFUND POLICY

The Service we provide through Our “Support Plan(s)” are subject to modification or cancellation at any time with or without prior notice that We, in Our sole discretion, deem appropriate.

You agree to be financially responsible for all Service(s) rendered. You also agree to refrain from requesting “charge-backs” or cancelling any fees or service charges paid for with Your credit/bank card.

The “Support Plan(s)” We provide Instant Support Plans, which are non-refundable; however, for the yearly subscriptions the software provided are non-refundable and for the services the customer has a 30-day partial refund policy for which the customer must call the Finance department at the no. mentioned on the Website within the working hours.

The Support Plan(s) do not include support for accounting, financial, database, CAD/CAM or similar software nor do they support any software training.

Each Support Plan allows support sessions to remain active on Your account for a period of twelve (12) months from purchase and will not be automatically renewed. Refunds will not be given for cancelled “Support Plan(s)”.

We shall not be liable to You or any third party if We terminate Your account and You unmistakably agree to hold Us harmless and indemnify Us from any third-party claims arising from the termination of Your account.

The “Support Plan(s)”, and all rights of Clients to receive Services and use of the Website, are non-transferable.
